Importance of Internship

Scheduled internship had been giving more attention by industries for the recent years. Eventually, it had became one of the requirements for students in order to graduate. Industry training had been improved to pre-employment training program for University students, in hoping this training may allow graduate to get themselves ready to face the real life challenges.

As we all know, technological based industry keep on changing, improving themselves in order to continue to provides their best services. Hence, industrial demands can never be fulfill. This is a slot where graduates like us, come in, fill in. Internship can be conducted at any place, but we are lucky enough to have ourselves engaging in this wonderful program.

Internship program had been given enough attention by Western Digital, in which we are hard to convey our appreciation towards the efforts, the time, the resources had spent for us, in order to make this program happens.

Receiving training under this industry pioneer has been a dream come true to us, as it's never been easy to get accepted by a company which is the giant of the industry, and had enjoyed ourselves throughout this program.

In my humble opinion, Western Digital has set up a very good example for this industry to continue its blossom. They had provides us a training ground which is very closed to real life challenge, exposing us to real life issue without getting ourselves into serious trouble.

I believe that this training program is a path, is a way for Western Digital to continue to be the giant of this industry. For all the time that had been spent in Western Digital, we can feel the hope of Western Digital, trying to let us have a proper self development to be a better person. 

Being able to have our training in foreign region, in Thailand, allow us to develop ourselves out of our confort zone. It's a bonus to this program as we had never expected to had such opportunity in the beginning of participation. We had learnt to be more independent, taking care of ourselves and capable to perform at the same time
